Credit Card, Cancellation & Refund Policy

In order to secure an appointment, all guests must provide a valid credit card. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 48hrs prior to your appointment time. Cancellations or changes made less than 48hrs prior to the appointment time will be charged 50% of the anticipated total of services to the card provided. Refunds are not issued however, I would be more than happy to reevaluate your hair in person & discuss future appointments.
